[Declined] docked fleet
atm you have to prelaunch a fleet to make it unattackable (good when you go to sleep) but it looks more like a bug than a real feature. Would it be possible to have an option to dock the fleet in base, this way they won't fight and won't be fired at.
It could even be that all ships in base are considered 'docked' by default and you'd have to move them in a fleet slot to make them fight. yes in this case if a planet has 3 fleets out he's a sitting duck, so what ?

It's pretty clear that initially it was, at best, an unintended feature and, at worst, a bug (as threads such as this one indicate).
And of course PA has a long history of dressing up bugs and calling them features.

Re: docked fleet
hmmm I thought you could still kill pre launched ships now.
Thought they had fixed that.

it would fight because it has not actually left the planet yet...
if a country is invaded do soldiers not fight because they r about to go on mission to some other country ? i dont think so...
