Trusted = scannable
Planets from a same ally can scan each other whatever the number of distorters, could this feature be extended to 'trusted' planets in the same gal ?

No, it could be abused quite nicely.

Re: Trusted = scannable
Checkbox: "Allow my galaxy to scan me". Problem solved.

Re: Trusted = scannable
Having dists has advantages, and disadvantages. I see no reason to implement this.

So he gave them the coy little wave and realized it probably would have been more effective if he hadn't been lying on their turkey.

Abused how? if someone who is already set as trusted can scan you, that means that they are also privy to your alliance's def chan on overview and so on already; indeed the point of having trusted people in-gal is because you can rely on them to be good, rather than some random just scanning anyone in-gal.
A better point is that which Mzyxptlk brought up, indeed.

because you don't control who is trusted to your planet, the "gal" controls your status so they could suddenly change your status to trusted just to get easy scans of you

i can see that as the way ppl would prefer, but as Mzyxptlk said, there's pros and cons with distorters, so i think there should be that with a function like this as well.
So the way arfy suggested would probably be the best way to do it, so either you have to let the whole gal scan you or none (providing you got enough distorters ofc)

Clearly, if you couldnt trust your galaxy that much, then you would probably have to exile anyway to a galaxy that has something resembling honour and is trustworthy. If they are setting you to trusted only to get scans of you, how likely is it that they are reporting your incs (either at all, or correctly), or send in-gal defence? I cant imagine that it would be a good place to stay for long.

Re: Trusted = scannable
Imo it hardly matters... like Mzyxptlk said, distorters have advantages and disadvantages which you know upfront and choose to play with, the consequence being that ppl who you might need help from can't scan you either (imo alliance scan access to distorter planets should be removed for the same reason).
