The 3 Adverts
(as in the adverts for the mobile phone company 3)

Can someone explain what the hell is going on? I'll describe them, for those who can't remember them (or don't live in the UK).

1. Bunch of animated pandas that look like they've come off weebs-stuff wobble from side to side, sing about how you can get free minutes on your mobile, and then swap heads with each other. A sun comes out, grins, and burns them all to a frazzle. Their charred corpses then smile and say "Thankyou".

2. Chinese kids chasing each other. One of them picks up a cherry. You then get a close-up of the cherry and its stalk, and it has a little mouth and is singing a song to the little girl. She screams and runs away. Another one picks it up, it sings to her, she grins and pops it in here mouth (so it stops singing).

Sorry. WHAT?

Are they just intended to be weird so we remember them for being odd, or is there something I'm just missing?

They are clearly ment to be cute, funny and grab your interest. Which they have done.

They seem to be in the same vein as Weeble and Happy Tree Friends. Guess 3 couldn't afford either of those :P

Id like to remind people that the previous 3 advert was 2 japanese guys dragging a massive Jellyfish through the desert then setting it up in a house, feeding it alcohol and dancing badly to the waving tentacles.

That made no sense either, but had cool music.

And yes, id love to know what the tunes are, theyre pretty cool.
