Bonus resources question

Ok, I have been trying to find it in the stats but I was unable to find it. Wich way is the % of extra resources calculated. I'm trying to find out how the bonus resources are calculated. For example:

Tick 00:
Resources: Metal 10.000 / Crystal 10.000 / Eonium 10.000
Initiate roids: 6 Metal / 6 Crystal / 6 Eonium

Tick 01:
Resources left: Metal 250 / Crystal 250 / Eonium 250
Bonus as Xan with Mining on 1st priority = 15%
> 2500 x 0,15 = 375 of each type
New resources: 6 x 250 = 1500 of each type
Planet Mining: 1000 of each type

Totals:
Resources: Metal 3125 / Crystal 3125 / Eonium 3125
Initiate roids: 1 Metal / 1 Crystal / 1 Eonium (Costs: 2500 resources each)

Tick 02:
Resources left: Metal 675 / Crystal 675 / Eonium 675
Bonus as Xan with Mining on 1st priority = 15%
> 2750 x 0,15 = 412,5

How is this (Resources in red) calculated for rounding up or down?

floor( 2750 * 0.15 ) = 412.
