when's the new one up then? your front page says "If I still have a code up that has already been cracked 4 days prior, you still get £5 - What I'm saying is I will lose money if I fall behind keeping the site updated, rather than you guessing at algorithms that have already been cracked."
That means you're promising anyone who e-mails the answer, already mentioned above, £5 anyway

I'm rather interested in how you're confused....
What part of '4 days prior' makes you think anyone who cracked it today (excluding the first person) would get paid???
