PragmatiK - Recruiting for R16

PragmatiK will be recruiting for round 16. Even though we are a selective group right now consisting out of mainly friends that guarantee activity, we are still looking for other PA players that will strengthen the alliance.

Up to now most of the members have been invited to join, but you can contact an op or voiced person in #PragmatiK and discuss a future as a member. You can join by getting a vouch from a PK member and qualifying to the minimal requirements. These are mainly a guideline, to give everyone a general idea of what kind of input is expected from you. Don’t expect to be accepted if you don’t qualify though. Everything is on a give and take basis, this means the more you do for the alliance, the more you will get in return. Sacrifice some sleep to give defence and others will do it in return. I’ll just answer a few questions, so people know what to expect.

What can PragmatiK mean for you?

Don’t expect us to be the top notch #1 ally from the start of the round. Even though we are aiming to end high in the near future, we plan to start small and create an alliance based on quality, not quantity. From there on let things grow over time to compete with the big boys. A webby and tools are available to us, they will be used during the round to make your life easier. We will offer you the chance to grow by providing you with daily attacks on targets, but we will also protect you and help you keep your score and ranking.

What does PragmatiK expect from you?

To work together towards the goals that the alliance sets up. This will ask for dedication and loyalty, but also activity. We want you to do your best and show your individual class, but also show that you’re a good team player. A positive attitude and perseverance is a must.

I hope this clarifies to anyone interested to join what you need to do and what you can expect. I also hope the community has a better idea of what Pragmatik has in mind for the future. Any Questions pop in #PragmatiK and we will help you.
