I was Cobra in the earlier rounds member of ICD then ICDa Commander. I joined instinct and reborn somewhre int he middle. I have been dragged back in!

PA Comes with built-in trainer these days.

R5 was the first "pay to play"-round and it ended at the end of year 2001.

heh returning for next round maybe with a few friends, you might know me as Usul, or LOak or Muad^Dib. Had a lot of fury friends (crumble, tweak amongst others) was hc of aesir from rd4-7 (i think) and was in fury gals from 4-7. Had some great fun and memories on irc if you remember me get in touch i might pop back on irc sometime soon

No, first signup was Messiah, on 2000-03-15. After that came Fudge and Spinner, both on 2000-03-25.

[edit]Obviously, Spinner joined in 2000, not in 2001.

Glad to see this game is still going.
Still remember round 3 I think it was when thieves completely converted ships to your side and you didn't lose the thief. Was interesting to attack somone and actually gain ships.
The irony I think was spinner noticed it a few weeks in and changed something, but he also changed the amount thieves were worth so everyone who had them scores jumped miles up. (The full details are iffy, it was a hell of a long time ago)

Or when you were in a legion or fury galaxy and were completely safe, due to the fear that seemed to grip the world at those points.

The days before p2p/netgamers with very simple game mechanics

some joined ND .. others joined other alliances and we took what members that wished to go with what the hc recommended to HR, it was hardly a merger with ND, it was a merge with HR as a merger is organised by the hc.
