I've only seen the film once (at the cinema) but from what I can recall, the two Japanese guys were excellent characters.
Something about phone companies, profiteers, it was all good.

Kackers is SUCH a really good movie. Great sound track, reasonable cast and superb one liners, plus it is moderately funny too.
