anyone know how to change timeout settings?
im having problems with my IE6 since sp1, 1 ive done b4 but cant remember how to change, which is the timeout settings, alot of pages are timing out before they can fully load and its pissing me off, cause sometimes it costs me like 5 newies at a time
another thing, sometimes IE6 starts opening links into new windows when it shouldnt be. anyone know how to fix this ?

yes, change your browser from ie to something else you cnut
or you can always read the 'help' file, wont help u much though, remember who made the prog.

lol, just tried to click on help and it dosnt work at all, everything else does cept help. go figure

There is a way youy can do this
how i have completely forgot but it is likely in the following
(this is totally off the head as i am in uni on a different browser with no access to even view the registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/{CURRENT_VERSION}/SOFTWARE/MICROSOFT/INTERNET EXPLORER/
and thats all i can remember
its in the registry it isnt something easy to find
try one of the tweak sites or microsoft technet

dunno how, even then i doubt i would
ive tweaked it so many times and only this tweak is ****ing up, dont wanna have to add like 10 tweaks back when theres some simple way to change this 1, i know cause ive done it b4 im just clueless as to how to do it again
