I suggested in another thread the idea of being able to cap more, if you set a fleet to a "no recall" mode. It would have to be discussed wether the defenders know this is the case (maybe it reports as "Kamikaze eta X"). It would certainly add some interesting strategy to late round. It should certainly be disabled the first few nights, so it could be a research (although that makes no rational sense).
This idea would force people wanting to gain some serious score to far bigger risks. Probably in huge LOLwaves, but at the same time if the defenders can get it covered then its a salvage win for them. XP Could be worked into this similarly.
