Some days tech support simply rocks :D
Especially those days when one of the 'tinkerers' we hate so much screws up the Financial Director's laptop so badly we have to lock his (the FD's) account out until an engineer can get to him 
Guess who'll be in the bad books tomorrow and guess who feels about an inch tall right now
