Hello,

I am new here. Yes actually not I played several rounds of Planetarion many years ago. I think it was round 10 or so.

I thought I would give it another try.

Now for my problem. I can attack other planets, but I can't send my pods to steal asteroids.
"Fleet "Beta": Resource stealers can only be used to attack targets your alliance is currently at war with."
I sent my fleet to a planet that attacked me, so I thought we were at war.
I have already formed my own alliance.

What am I doing wrong, or what have I overlooked.
