What do you mean? You can init up to 400 roids i think it is at tick 0.. So you shouldnt need to init anymore.
You can change the tick0 starting resources and roids to whatever you want.
That spreadsheet actually has the init'ing code in it (as it was designed for last round), however.. I cant do any automatic calculations for what you start with on tick0 due to the quests interfering with it.
