A Game
I post a song title. The next person posts a song title. 'You' try and form a tenuous link between the two, á la that thing on Radio 1. Once a link is made, the 'winner' posts a song title, game continues.
Ah **** it.
Republica - Ready to Go

Ready to go sounds vaguely like ready steady go, there is a tvprogramme called ready steady cook, and there is a spin off called celebrity ready steady cook, Kate Winslet once appeared on celebrity ready steady cook, she also starred in Titanic which had a horrendous theme song by Celine Dion, Celine Dion is an ugly munter, and as a child had horrendous buck teeth before she got them 'fixed'. Another person with horrendous buck teeth is Freddie Mercury from the band Queen, and Queen sang the song Radio gaga!!
DO I WIN?

Radio gaga contains the lyric 'You had your time, you had the power '. Snap did what could vaguely be termed a 'song' called 'the power' Snap is a card game, and another card game is Gin. Gin tastes lovely with tonic and a slice of lime. One brand of gin is Bombay Sapphire. Bombay is a city in the country India. Another country is Mexico, and Mexico is famous for the delicious food that is chilli. One of the most important ingredients in a good chilli is of course Chilli peppers. There is a band called the Red Hot Chilli Peppers and they released a single called 'By The Way'
\o/
OK someone else do one now...
By the way --> Fatboy Slim- Praise You

by the Way was done by RHCP. RHCP did a lot of Cocaine in their time. Cocaine was once an ingerdient in Coca Cola, a drink invented in the US. The US has one of the highest obesity rates in the world. An obese person is often called 'fat', a fat man was used in the video for Right Here Right Now, a track written by Fatboy Slim who was also responsible for the track Praise You.
Next Up:
Fatboy Slim - Praise You -> Gipsy Kings - Volare
And I've just killed this thread.

Fatboy Slim is really called Norman Cook. Anthony Worrall Thomson is a famous cook, and was recently in "Im a celebrity get me out of here" with Daniella Westbrook. Daniella Westbrook had her nose rebuilt after years of cocaine abuse. Cocaine is a song by Eric Clapton, and is I shot the Sheriff. In I shot the Sheriff , the sheriff is called John Brown. Brown lives with town. A town called Malice was a hit for The Jam. Jam & Spoon did "Ride in the night" , which is what neds do in stolen cars. A lot of neds are made homeless due to anti-social behaviour orders, making them Gypsies. This brings us to the Gypsy Kings - Volare.

YOU CAN'T DEFEAT ME!!
Praise you is a song by Fatboy slim, who also did a song called 'Gangster Tripping'... Gangsters Paradise was a song by Coolio and was featured in the film 'Dangerous Minds' starring Michelle Pfeiffer. She also starred in the witches of eastwick along with Cher. Cher once covered 'walking in memphis' which contains the line 'put on my blue suede shoes and I boarded the plane'. Planes are controlled by Airlines, and one such Airline is Volare Airlines (GOOGLE IS MY FRIEND) and Volare is the name of a song by Gipsy Kings
Volare --> The Stone Roses- She bangs the drums.
[Edit - DAMN YOU KURA!]

Volare is a song by Gipsy Kings and also the name of an airline Airlines are used by people going on holiday, Summer Holiday was a song by Cliff Richard, who once sang at Wimbledon when it was raining. Wimbledon is a tennis tournament and the ladies competition was once won by Venus Williams, Venus is a planet and another planet is Mars. Mars Bars are very sweet and contain lots of sugar. Sugar was the name of a band formed by Bob Mould. Mould on your food means you should probably throw it out, mould is often green in colour. Greenday is the name of a band who recorded a song called Minority, Minority report is a film starring Tom Cruise. Tom Cruise has never won an oscar and neither has Bob Hoskins, although he has been nominated. Bob Hoskins was in a film called 'Enemy at the gates'. Gareth Gates is a singer who is well known for having a stutter. Stuttering was the main theme of 'Scatman' by Scatman John

Technically , its a "Tenuous" link. You provided a pretty direct one, so Sarina should win.
