See, I have to stand around all day at work
So what do you recommend I do to remedy the lower-back pains, shoulder pains, and generally dreary yawning I get while standing around for 6-8 hours?

Shifting weight from leg to leg helps and getting extra padding under your feet to lower shock.

I stand on a carpeted area near one of two entrance/exits of the store, but this generally doesn't help much. I've considered wearing Dr. Schlongs in my shoes, but I've never worn a Schlong.
