Well, The Washington Post probably never used the "L" word with Clinton, so maybe they've made it a Policy.

Besides, I'm sure George Tenet will step forward and say he approved the President's remarks so any errors would be the CIA's fault.

Dont be too mean to Bush Jr., he has had a VERY bad week.

- US posts record deficit, expected to grow significantly next year.
- US unemployment rates hit record high.
- US dollar continues to slide in value
- US Servicemen forced to stay in Iraq at the end of their rotation due to strain of policing this still volent state, and lack of military resources. This causes great frustration among US servicement, promised many times they wouldbe going home soon.
- Reports show more US servicement have been killed by Iraqi attacks since the end of the war than during the war.
- Dispite earlier promises, US forces now told to prepare for an indefinite stay in Iraq.
- US administration under attack for possibly falsifying evidence of WMD prior to war, or at least broadcasting information falsified by CIA.
- No WMD or production facilities of any kind have yet been found in Iraq.
- Saddam Hussein has still not been found. (Neither, for that matter, has Bin laden)

So out of curiosity, which Democrat do you think will be the next president of the US?

Presuming they find someone who has both original and engaging policies, and a personality. And that the public actually recognise Bush's administration for the balls-up it has been from start to finish.

The unemployment is only because many workers are rejoining the work force due to new-found confidence.

The slide of the dollar helps American products compete overseas!

If Bush pulled off his mask, revealing that he was actually bin Laden, and said "haha fools, now you see why you never caught me!", there would still be a ~40% share of Americans who would support him. Sayting things like "He was still a great war president though"
