bad motivation. it made me **** up my GCSEs (ok, but they arent important) do pretty badly in my a-levels (i only ended up passing 2 subjects in the first year and one of those was general studies (got an A tho )) and is also why i now have to go back to my uni next week and spend a day doing really really shit 'essential skills' work because i failed to submit enough work for it during my first year so consequently it was the only unit i failed and now i cant progress to the second year until i do it even tho i managed to pass the other 5 units which would kinda suggest i know how to write an essay and use a frickin computer! and breath...

its all gonna change year 2 tho, for real this time...

The only times I actually hate myself, it's totally irrational. It's like the annoying guy at school/work who everyone despises for no actual reason. This sort of thing comes out if I hear my voice (recorded) or see myself on tape, etc. Just a general "ugh".

In terms of traits then I'm lazy, unmotivated, a very cruel streak and a low level of impulse control. But none of these things really bother me.

Physically I'm shit in general - but that doesn't usually bother me either. No matter how freakishly unattractive you are, there's generally someone out there who'll appreciate you. Well, that's my experience anyway.

Dante, it doesnt take that much effort to be in a okeish shape.

1) take a walk two times a week.
2) Dont eat between meals
3) Dont eat more, when your not hungry anymore during a meal. (ie dont eat the biggest portions).

Works for me atleast

I hate the fact that I actually like being in the go-nowhere rut I'm in. I don't have any motivation to continue on with my chosen career area, or any other area to be honest. I can't see anything I want to do for a living and I'm getting more disillusioned at work every damn day.

I also hate the fact that, while I can train and shape my body to whatever physique I want, I'm still regarded as the unattractive loser around where I live. You can't erase your past and you'll run out of space for the bodies in the end anway.

I hate my past. That's prolly the most relevant.

my complete lack of motivation, there are things i could do to etter myself, but i cant be bothered, this applies to both work and my mhysical fitness, both of which i keep promising myself that i am going to change (i have an expensive bike that i cannot be bothered to ride, my GF has a room full of gym equipment that i am allowed to use and i never do, i am seen as ambitious at work, but i dont know why as i never seem to do anything)

The only thing I don't really like about myself is the fact I am too skinny but despite trying I find it really hard to put on weight. Other than that the only thing that sometimes annoys me is that I am too competitive even over the stupidest things.
