Repasting the ingame mail sent earlier and clarifying:
We’ve been informed that our servers will have a loss of power on Friday estimated to happen at 14:00 GMT (15:00 British Summer Time). Due to not knowing exactly when this will happen, for how long it’ll last and if our servers will suffer unexpected problems, we’ve decided to stop and close the game as soon as the 8:00 GMT tick has finished, and leave the game down for 24 hours.
London.uk.eu.netgamers.org will also unfortunately be affected by this, to minimise disruption we recommend switching to a different NetGamers server before the downtime (Server list on
http://www.netgamers.org )
Naturally since the round is meant to end on Friday, we will be extending the round by 24hours. Baring any serious server problems, the game will be reopened at 8:00 on Saturday and will tick at 9:00.
We’re aware that this will quite possibly create some issue with peoples final plans for the round, but this is something that’s out of our (and jolts) control, and we’re trying to make the best of the situation.
To make this clear, we are simply pausing the game for 24 hours, all fleets in the air will still be flying and the game will still finish on the same tick (but 24 hours later)
