AS some of you may know, one of our m8's got his fleet caught and is now the juiciest target in all of pa with a combined score of 2 mil and 1300 init roids.

I can't believe the fricking vultures and jackals out there quick to try to take advantage of him.

hirr has pledged an oath to defend him round the clock until he can rebuild his fleet to a respectable level. Those of you who are trying to scavenge roids of this proud and noble hirrer, will be defended against, tooth and nail, and we will be altering our attack patterns to counter any of you who do try to kick this hirrer while he is down.

ON my honor we shall keep him safe!

A noble sentiment, but why would you think no one should try to scavenge roids off of him? It is the name of the game.

You shall take roids wherever you find them. But NEVER EVER from a dear hirrer without fleet! HOw do you expect him to contribute to the great leeming-runs without ships? Ppl! Reconsider and stay away from him until he got his ships back in shape!

Not much you can do about that... taking cap into consideration, what we are looking at here is an exercise in stupidity by some of PA's finest.

first u say we'll cover him, newsi him when he goes offline etc and then a few hours later your hirr guy has a lot of uncovered incommings ...

in the end u can lough about since u made a lot of hot air arround nothing

Well, I had the pleasure to see combat reports from a six tick defence and if this is how it has been going on (attackers being grinded into meat) then it could be interesting to see the totals in the end, how much score you kill defending him.

ok, im going to say this even tough i might get kicked from hirr.

Im that planet, its me, thats my roids being stolen, my long strived for planet is nothing now. Why? i didnt think of vultures

all i ever tought about was that i really hated that pretender guy and i didnt want to give him a singel roid. you see, i havent lost a singel roid this round without taking them back with interest, that was before this "incident" ofcourse

and i was determined to keep it up. So i suicided my fleet, infamous lemming style and ruined the cap of my attackers. A good cause i tought, because i would have lost large parts, if not all of my fleet if i had recalled, and not to mention i would have freely given roids to my enemies.
everyone who has experienced 30+ ticks of continous battle reports please stand up

but im proud of being part of the elite this round too, not the scoring and roiding elite, but the morally elite. And as long as i see the other alliances cheating and what not, i feel that i have won the round.

We knew it was a gamble coming on AD to advertise this in hopes of trying to stave off some of the vultures, but alas, we underestimated the amount of complete and utter morons who would jump at a chance to get 3 roids per tick on low cap shared with 4-5 other fleets.

We made a good attempt to try to cover the initial incoming and at that point, we should have ordered our member into vacation mode, but we goofed on the tactics underestimating the combined greed and stupidity of PA players out there.

We killed a great many ships in the first 8-9 hours defending tawg, and we are proud of our member that has taken this all in stride. In the end, we could not stem the tide of ships inundating our members planet, for to do so would have caused operational problems for members who are still doing extremely well and need the defence and attack opportunities.

If I mispoke myself, and blathered some hot air, I understand that there are people out there who love to call these things, and try to weigh and measure a man and an alliance who shoot high at all times, and strive for things that sometimes are placed out of reach.

I'm disappointed that we could not save a valued member of our team, and we shall look into taking vengeance matters to his attacker soon enough. Whether we get him or not, who's to say, but we will try... for hirrer dare go where angels fear to tread, and no matter how large the enemy:

I was attacking that planet when it was 13M
I sent fleet to cap from 13M planet so when it turned to be that planet is 2.6M when I land I capped only like 200 roids =(
ffs. and I was also piggypagged last tick.
damnit!
I would have capped 600 roids if he just would have recalled his attack against lizardking.
sending like only 80M worth fleet to attack first wave and second wave again 80M... really think u can get through on dragon planet???

damnit. he should have recalled and let me cap roids.

Vacation mode is NOT "unhonourable" or other-PA-speak-crap. Vacation mode is for vacation. Do some significant things. Not producing cyber-honour roidwise... gosh...

It's not really 'avoiding', merely 'postponing'.

When he comes out of vac mode he'll still have no fleet and a silly number of roids. Of course, he could stay in vac mode for the rest of the round, but that would rather defeat the object of playing the game in the first place...

well, when I go away, I usually place it in vacation....As I want to keep my score.
