don't be silly. english footballteams are probably the most under-achieving teams in Europe, when you take their budget into consideration.
my bets are on AC Milan to beat Chelsea in the final this year. for next year i think Barca will win.

Man Utd have hardly underachieved over the years. And while they've had the biggest turnover they haven't spent as much as Real Madrid and Barcelona.
