how do i make a quesadilla?
cause i told my roommate i'd make one for dinner and now i've realized i've never made one before

Re: how do i make a quesadilla?
First you need onions, potatoes, some lettuce, two carrots, a stick of celery and a carton of cream. You heat up a frying pan with some olive oil in it before you chop the onions and potatoes up very fine adding them slowly allowing them to brown all over. After about ten minutes drain the oil away and pour the mixture into a baking dish. The lettuce and carrots should be chopped up and stirred into the dish as you slowly pour in the cream. Cook it for about 90 minutes at 220 celsius.











Oh no wait that's a quesadolla, my bad lol!

I just made up something utterly random off the top of my head. I'm a pretty good cook so it might work but I really wouldn't advise trying it out.

Heh, Jonny is talking shit :P

I honestly can't remember what you need for a quesadilla - I think you may have it spelt wrong.

Your best bet is to google for it - there are loads of decent recipe sites on there.

Just for some irrelevant (or perhaps it'll be useful!) info - Queso is "cheese" in Spanish, and I have a feeling a quesadilla is a posh type of omelette.

put one tortilla on a frying pan on low heat until brown spots show up on the side of the tortilla thats touching the frying pan
put grated cheese on top, either cheddar, mozarella, whatever
when cheese melts, put the other tortilla on top of the melt
turn it over until the other side shows brown spots
slice with a pizza cutter like you would a pizza
eat with cream cheese or ranch

i figured it out
i cooked c hicken and peppers (orange and yellow) and then in another pan put down teh tortilla, sprinkled some cheese ( grated cheddar) peppers and chicken, then some more cheese, and folded it in half
