Jackson Verdict
Jackson verdict due soon
Will he be free to play with young boys again or be used as a storage recepticle for Big Bubba's (who is in with the warders) semen ?
I hope they make their minds up before CSI starts.

I reckon they'll find him innocent.
When's the verdict anyway?

Re: Quick Quick
21:30 BST.
Surely there will be some innocent and some guilty verdicts for the different charges?
(Clearly I am jus hedging my bets)

Re: Jackson Verdict
I hope they find him guilty but I'm pretty sure they'll find him innocent. The vast majority of the evidence against him was ropey at best.

Re: Jackson Verdict
I don't know what charges there are but I reckon they'll find him innocent of the kiddy fiddling charges. They'll probably find him guilty of giving alcohol to a kid and showing porn to a kid but he won't go to jail for these (I think) so it doesn't really matter.

Was there any solid evidence against him?

being poor doesn't automatically make you believeable either.
Was there any evidence cept for vitnesses?
Any, what do you call it in english, solid, concrete, hard evidence?

Re: Jackson Verdict
what could they possibly have, a video of him ****ing the kid up the arse? In a case like this its not going to rely on evidence as much as something like a murder would, purely because there rarely is any.

Re: Jackson Verdict
In rapecases there are normally physical evidence like sperm etc.
I just think it is a bit harsh to sentence anyone to anything, without evidence

****ing hell.
INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY HAS WORKED PRETTY WELL SO FAR DUDER. THERE WASN'T ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO CONVICT THE MAN, AND WHAT EVIDENCE THERE WAS WAS SUPPLIED BY HIGHLY SUSPECT WITNESSES.

If he'd tried to molest McCauley Culkin it seems pretty damn obvious that Jacko would have needed extensive plastic surgery to repair the fire, paint-can in the face and hot iron damage that would almost certainly have ensued. Wait

Thats why he was found innocent you f*cktard. There was no evidence to the contrary so it must be assumed that he didn't do it.

Re: Jackson Verdict
When I've done with my celebratory drinking binge, this is what I am going to do.
I am going to get a friend to bath me in radioactive materials, so that I get cancer. I am then going to get a friend of the family to arrange a rich, easily manipulated man to befriend me. Gradually over time I will grow closer to this man.
And then BAM! I'm going to accuse him of raping me, bankrupt him and win millions of $$$.

Why don't you just go and live next to Sellafield or take up smoking or something? They would probably be easier 'get rich quick through compensation' schemes.

Even that chap in the paedo clown thread was featured in The Sun, and he got a GD thread, so I assume Dace will at least be assured of some media coverage.

A thread on GD counts as media coverage does it?
