Re: Celebdaq
Hewitt moved me from 108k to 675k in a week \o/
but who next? There is no obvious celeb on the friday front pages
Catherine Zeta Jones? is the court case ongoing or will it disappear for a while?
Sven? Is he too expensive?
Save us 'shima (we know you don't care because it's kneecapping time)

probably not... I've gone with Sven, he's the biggest gain at the moment and he'll do if no-one better pops up tomorrow. Shame he's already £5.42

I might as well. I expect hes going to be on the front of the papers anyway tomorrow. Thatll set the stage nicely.

downtrade from 1.9m?
you'll easily pass 2m instead as kneecapping isn't until monday morning
(I'm on 2.7m and should pass 3m)

Re: Celebdaq
BB5 Nadia, as it's the last day. (4.64, with a 4.33 div already)
Sven is still increasing fastest afaik, it's just 7.50 is getting high for new investment (maybe keep the sven you already have, but don't buy more?)

Yey , but with a 7.5 share , Sven needs a comparatively high Divi (around 9.09) to keep up. And when Nadia wins tonight, she will go off the chart. Hence ive maxed on Nadia.
PS : Why has nobody come up with the slogan "Go-Nadia"?

Maxed on her. Shes 4.55 just now, BEFORE the weekend coverage, and before the interviews and front pages and centre pages and all that.
Gonna be a big divi baby!

Re: Celebdaq
I'm depserately trying to keep under a mil here and it's a pain in the arse. I'm downtrading using a quarter of my shares in her but I'm going to need to tweak it a little tonight, I've only left room for a 2% increase in the next 18 hours.
I know what I'll be doing when I get home from work then =(

Re: Celebdaq
I maxed on Paula Radcliffe @ 1.17 with the Olympics starting this week, and her being the only active runner amongst the Celebdaq'ees.
However , i shall now Quote the "Bible" for Tipsters, also known as "Daz's Thursday Tips Post"
Jen wins top West End role Jennifer Ellison (£4.11) is to make her West End debut - in a starring role in hit musical Chicago. Could be worth a little flutter as Jennifer is generally in the paper for anything these days, but there’s a story behind this one. A little pricey however.
J-Lo pregnant? Jennifer Lopez (£3.55) is reported to be expecting her first child. Is she, isn’t she, is she worth a gamble??
Mel B to release songs on the internet Mel B (£2.93) is to release her new material on the internet. AND!! Wonder if it will be a duet with Patsy Kensit??
Big Brother's Jason to meet his real mother Big Brother runner-up Jason Cowan (£8.36) has spoken to his real mother for the first time in 28 years. Now then, other than his price this is interesting. In the Sun today, weekend papers still to come, story to be sold to a paper and magazine perhaps?? Worth holding on to if you have Jason shares, not convinced it’s worth buying if you don’t
Natasha the new face of mini iPod Natasha Bedingfield (£1.65) has signed a six-figure deal to be the face of Apple's mini iPod. Certainly quite interesting at that price.
Peter and Jordan to tie the knot? Peter Andre (£4.08) and Jordan (£4.09) have reportedly got engaged to be married. Hmmm, could be worth some weekend coverage.
Naomi Campbell Scuffles With Her Maid Police were called to Naomi Campbell's (£4.08) New York apartment after an alleged scuffle between the supermodel and her maid. Hates a fight does Miss Campbell!!
Jessie Plans Caesarian EastEnders star Jessie Wallace (£4.11) is to give birth by Caesarian following a scare over her unborn baby. Worth keeping an eye on as it was reported it may be quite soon.
ON THE SPORT SIDE
Owen, Owen gone Will he won’t he? If Michael Owen (£3.50) does go the Real Madrid it’s sure to hit the main pages of the papers. Probably along with the stories behind his reasons to quit Anfield. Family, builders etc. Olympics Paula Radcliffe (£1.17)is a high hope for a gold in Athens in the Womens Marathon. Surely with the lack of medal opportunities, that are well documented, if she wins the final (22nd Aug) then media coverage will follow. One to watch for at this price.

I followed the market into Anna Kournikova... there's absolutely nothing big atm (afaik)
edit: I just saw the saturday front pages and may now be transferring to Nancy Dell'Olio (surprised she is only 4.13)

Re: Celebdaq
I plumped for J-Lo in the end, hoping that the bulk of the 'daq would throw money at her upping the price some, but I can't see 20% by 6am Monday, I'd need an 8% a day increase to be sure of managing it and can't see anyone in the top movers who's performing that well.

If youre looking for a short , sharp increase, Paula Radcliffe. She runs the marathon this weekend or next, and theyre all buying her shares in anticipation (i bought in at 1:17 , its around 1:80 now). Not bad Divi either (1.14) from last week, should make that again this week.

499,941 Paul , at a 14.50 divi , even on a 5/7 ratio , will see you walking off with around £4M to your name.
I reckon ill be looking at an 800% increase on the week , unfortunately not in a downtrading week, and thus it wont earn me a new boat or a new car like it will for others

Editors Note : I was mistaken in thinking i had 46,000 Paula Radcliffe Shares since Friday morning.
I BOUGHT 46,000 Paul Radcliffe shares on Friday morning, but already had 32,000. Giving me 78,000 Paula Shares

Paula Radcliffe divi = £9.60
Kura's shares in Paula Radcliffe (held all week) = 220093
Kura's likely Payout = £1.5 - £1.8M
Current Value = £1.2M

I sold Paula before realising she had one more race to mess up, but her replacement Rooney was top divi so I can't complain.
It's all Williams atm (for early PDs), Prince, Robbie and Serena... I think I'll have Robbie for a week

This week, like the last week, has been totally shite for divi's.
Only Divi's i've noticed so far, are Robbie wiliams, and kym marsh, at a dismal 2.64 each

ok
once again, can't see anyone with a good divi,
Britney's a married, but her share price is ridiculously crap.

I've kept hold of Harry, if only because I don't want to hit a mil just yet (on £800k ish or so atm), so a week's worth of price increases should set me in good stead for next week.

I've just seen this weeks potential divis for the first time and Prince Harry at 0.51 is awful (though his price has risen £1 a share since friday)
seems Geri Halliwell or Nancy Dell'Olio'Olio'Olio'Olio'Olio were the ones to have and even they're only average, bit late to change now though

Quick Bump guys. Following Prince Harry's performance this week in the papers, his dividend after just 1 day is current £13.16p. GET IN THERE NOW!
Hes just passed £6 a share, but thats still a top divi, and he will reach £8 by the end of the week.
