[Football] Alan Smith
That looked very very bad. Any ideas what he's actually done to himself?

Re: [Football] Alan Smith
It's a broken leg and a dislocated ankle apparently. It looked really painful :-/

Re: [Football] Alan Smith
Did anyone see Ronaldo's reaction when he saw it, he looked like he was going to be sick.

A few bodies around had a look and had to walk away. He looked in agony, and the physio and manager have both said its one of the worst theyve ever seen..
Out till next season , minimum i reckon.

I never like to see players get injured like that - even Manchester Utd players. Hope he recovers quickly.

Damn, just saw the replay, that looked fking nasty.
As probably the only united player who I like and respect, I hope he makes a speedy recovery.

Re: [Football] Alan Smith
Always sad to see this happen, no matter which player it happens to.
Hope he gets back on his feet and return to the player he was before the injury.

Re: [Football] Alan Smith
At least he didn't do his cruciate.
They can end careers, or take years to recover, condemn you to a career of niggy injuries unless you are Roberto Baggio/superhuman.
If it's not david buust bad (and it certainly didn't look like it), he should recover, it will take time, maybe a year. Henrik Larsson recovered, so i don't see why Alan shouldn't.
Best of luck to the lad.

I must honestly say that I dont feel sorry for Totti... the guy is an arrogant prick, and after he jumped on that german(think it was german) player a year ago or so, I lost all respect for him. Hope he misses the world cup. Maybe we can have one without spitting.
http://www.vg.no/bilderigg/?rigg_id=2577&plass=5 <-- Totti jumping that dude.

Re: [Football] Alan Smith
hope he recovers as swiftly as all the asians he's beat up in his life have.
I mean really people, i dont wish any harm on him but i dont see the point in crying crocodile tears for someone who is essentially a thug in a football shirt. If he wasnt famous for football, he'd probably be in jail
