From where does this phrase originate?
I have seen alternate versions of this phrase about the place but I don't know what the original version is so I can't find where it came from.
Some examples are:
Last of the big time drinkers
Last of the small town playboys
I've had a look but can't seem to find any info on it, though that's probably due to the general words in 'last of the'
