My new favourite game
and the beauty of this one is you don't really know what scores you points and what loses you them.
You can kinda guess tho.
Bonus points for physical contact.
Negative points for your friends or family finding out.
You can guess, but you'll never know for sure.
Now to get anywhere in the game you have to realise that you're actually playing.
That was my initial mistake.
Not realising i was actually playing.
I've matured since then.
I've learned a thing or two.
"Appearances can be deceptive" is one.
"Some people can be inherently shit" i suppose is another.
Things i should have learned a long time ago.
Things i suppose i thought i already knew.
Sometimes you can get blinded tho.
So now i feel i'm ready.
I'm looking foward to the challenge.
I'm gonna be a contender.
Kat texted me today asking if i wanted to go out for a drink with her some time.
Obviously i said yes.
What happens next is bound to be fun.

Re: My new favourite game
BTW ...
One of my friends has threatend to castrate me if i "ever had anything to do with her again".
My sister tells me that Kat is "a real bitch when it comes to guys".
I'm definately gonna be keeping this one on the Q-T

Re: My new favourite game
Long story short ...
Kat used to be one of my little sister's best friends.
We got off.
Dates kept on getting arranged but nothing happened.
She was generally a dippit bint.
This tells part of the story

Re: My new favourite game
this is Dace not realising when he has sex offered to him on a plate.
Then when he does his body fails him and he can't 'perform'.
Read the clownshoe corner threads - they still make me laugh even now (because Dace is a great story teller )
Seriously Pete - Shag her, then don't give a shit about her afterwards. You'll feel a hell of a lot better once she's ticked off your to-do list.

You know when you've been drinking, and you come across a thread which is full of subtlety and hidden messages, and your brain just goes Wagggggkkkkkkb, and you start kind of swaying a bit, unable to decide whether or not to try to decipher what's going on, or just **** off and try to make sense of it in the morning?

Re: My new favourite game
Maybe you should have a nap so you don't fall asleep in the toilet like with the other girl...
Also, remember throughout the date if you're intending to tell the story of it or not. Having built up to it now, it'd be unfair not to continue the saga of what happens on this date.
But if you ARE intending to tell us the story, don't make the date shit on purpose. It's the kind of subconscious thing you might do without realising (like say something you wouldn't normally say, to get her reaction).
Good luck with her though. If she asked you for the drink, then obviously things are already looking up.

Re: My new favourite game
The bad thing about being intelligent is that your siblings also tend to be reasonably smart :(
I came home.
My sister asked me how my night went ("fine") and where i'd been.
I told her that id been to rufus's.
She went "Rufus ... on a Monday?!" "Were you out with Catherine?"
Seriously dudes getting caught within like a sentence without realising you're getting trapped sucks.

Re: My new favourite game
OK bullet pointing.
I bought 6 out of 7 rounds.
I dont really mind (it's not that expensive ... £3.50 / round) but she was the one who asked me out for a drink so *shrug*
I know she's broke tho so again *shrug*
We talked about music ALOT (that's what she studies etc).
After 4 hours i was kinda bored (a sign that things aint ever gonna develop)
After 8 pints i caught myself staring out the window.
Kat caught me too.
I then forced myself to concentrate on what she was saying.
After 8 pints when i concentrate i get *that* look.
Kat wondered why i was looking at her "like that".
Kat had to get the bus home.
I walked her to the bus stop.
Waiting there she saw/met some people she knew.
She talked to them.
Till the bus arrived.
Then they left.
The End

Re: My new favourite game
If people want the funny tho ...
I decided to trim my "beard" before going out on the date.
My beard wasn't trimming very much as the blades were going slower than usual.
Predictably the battery died.
I put it on charge.
I went back later.
Now the rating on the trimmer goes from 1-4.
I trim at 4 (longest setting).
I started trimming.
My first thought was "****ing hell charging the battery really caused it's trimming power to improve".
My second thought was "wait a second ... that's an AWFUL lot of hair i'm getting rid of".
My third and final thought of the brief millisecond i was shaving for was ...
"OH **** OH **** OH **** IT'S ON GRADE 1 **** **** ****!"
It's not fun taking a **** off clump out of your beard 10 minutes before you're due out on a date.
