Vote now for daftest suggestion ever lately.

I suspect those values mentioned aren't stored in code but in the db, so an auto-generated change list based on changes in database entries isn't really gonna work from the log of the svn/cvs repo

Indeed, Gabriel is right.

I meant that the manual (and in-game) pages read directly from the database.

I'll try and make sure the changes are listed somewhere when they're next changed.
