xp for defence
the xp defenders get is too small when combat takes place , what im suggesting is that defenders get max xp similar to attackers but for each roid saved , so defending can be as profitable as attacking especially now that salvage has been reduced

Re: xp for defence
This is easily abusable with fake attacks. The defender's reward is in salvage, they don't need more XP.

Re: xp for defence
But even winning battles last round both sides losing ships you needed atleast double value kills to ya losses to remake the ships you lost

Re: xp for defence
Defending has never screwed anyone but poor defenders and ill prepared attackers.
Sometimes you attack and win.
Sometimes you defend against that attack and win.
Sometimes you defend against the attack and sustain mutual destruction.
Sometimes you just lose.
These are principle results of combat that should not be tinkered with so that the results of combat are made to be inconsequential.
I believe that the current system in place for salvage is good enough. It rewards those who would have sent defense regardless, and keeps possible cheaters out of the loop.
