No. Wars tend to be over money, territory (which is money, heh), resources (oil, fishing, water), power, political or emotional (revenge, nationalism) and similar reasons.
Wars tend to involve killing people, with a number of exceptions like the Cod War. Wars tend to - despite best intentions or otherwise - involve killing people in new and horrible ways, and indeed are far more likely to perpetuate "evil" and suffering, prolonged misery, despair and usually economic degredation (for at least the loosing side(s)).
Unless you're a certain person in a certain white house, in which case War is all about making people all over the world happy, even if they do wear strage white rags as if they were going out of fashion :\.
