Patsa?
Anyone know much about these guys?
Nice average score, but only a handful of them - 1up in disguise?

Re: Patsa?
Tbh does it matter? They are only 26th in the rankings...if they make it above 20th then they can be talked about

Last round DLR and Daous Dava were 'low down' in the rankings. Didn't they make a difference?

Re: Patsa?
in the end the difference they made was negligible compared to alliances higher up the ranks..and iirc daous dava and dlr were both within the top 20

Re: Patsa?
If I remember correctly both alliances finished around 20th. However, we no longer have the rankings to check. Given that early in the round the difference in score between alliances is affected more by #members than average score, I don't think that your argument is valid.

No, we do not make any claim to the Peniz Allianz.
However, I might enjoy opening up communication with them. It's an alliance much more suited for any 'sweet talk' from me.

I don't get it.
Was that a cunning play on how it is common to have grated cheese as an accompaniment to pasta, or just crap spelling?

perhaps

Did they? Apart from some DLR joining ND? Did they made this huge influence on the round?

Some? Gate?
TBH, our influence on the round wasn't great, but thats partly because of how the round ended up playing out, had we done it in say r15 we'd have been more of an influence.
And likewise Ascendancy getting us score Jester.

Well, I don't know howmuch DLR joined ND last round, so I used "some". And tbh, I don't see how a group of 14-15 planets could have any major impact on the round. Talking about any group in general.
Maybe in a very close finish, you could've made the difference ... dunno

45 attack fleets a night extra on any alliance can be the difference. Especially with the lower member count of alliances.

Yeah, but our score got us winning alliance, top10 planets and the winning galaxy.
Incidentally, I think DLR could've made a decent impact on a round (especially, as Fish says, with the lower member counts). But in the long run they were all just going to be fleetcaught.

PATSA look like a decent bunch. I've heard good things about them. I, for one, think they bring a lot to the game.
