Could you have done them in Access? Well yes you could have done all of it in Access if you really wanted to. Would Access have been the best program to use? At the basic level you seem to be talking about certainly not, although tbh i'm not sure even excel is the ideal piece of software for the last 2. If you were taking all 3 to a more advanced stage then Access could certainly be a perfect tool.

As you've probably worked out, the "minutes" column is edittable so I could work out times for the whole thing.
(the "booze content" extra tab was done for my amusement because i was bored)
