Update Vision / xVx parser

After 2 rounds of not doing to much with the public parser i decided to put a little extra work in the Parser and updated it for use in round 19.

The update includes:

• Bug fix that caused target numbering on the overview to be wrong.
• News Scan Support. Parsing a news scan will create a 'Galaxy Status'-like fleet overview on the target, and will display all battles where fleets of the target participated in (the Fleet Report parts).
• Military Scan Support. Will display all fleets and their content like a Fleet Scan.

The parser can be reached through the Visionhq or 5th Element address

Hope this serves those of you who, for whatever reason, have trouble reading or using the normal scans provided by Planetarion. Any questions or remarks can be forwarded to me on irc (you'll find me on #planetarion or #5thelement)

I miss the Vision Battlecalc very much I must say.

None of the others are as simple, fast and easy to use as yours.
Any change it will be updated?

u can use this one and select the VSN skin, does what it says on the tin

I would say yes, but as you can see I use Firefox, so can't be certain.

However given the l33t skills that Wandows has, I would suggest it works in any browser.

Unfortunately the bcalc is written in C (or is it C++) and that is not my area of expertise, Altor|Away has been the one on our side maintaining the bcalc and updated it for each round. He's currently busy irl, and i don't know when he will have some time to update the bcalc (stats & new emp handling). I hope soon though.

As of today (10 minutes ago ) the Bcalc has been updated with the r19 stats and EMP changes.
Also subverted (or is it stolen again now?) ships value is added to the total 'lost' value now.

[Ultimate Newbie]

I'd just like to take the opportunity to thank Wandows and Altor for maintaining and improving the Vision (pah @ xVx :P) battlecalcs. They've been my favourite since they came out (R7 was it?) and they've helped me calculate alot of battles that i've lost over the years . Especially Sovered defence .

Anyway, thanks guys. Very helpful and i still think its awesome .

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Wandows again.

We just keep it on the old name as well as it's well known.

Since that post we fixed some little bugs as well
