Scan Alarms on Overview page
Our Intel has detected waves scanning our planet! on overview page everytime someone scans our planets.

Alarms will not show coordinates, just something that will make us freak out when we see it - might draw more activity.

Such things used to happen. There used to be a %age chance that any scan of you would get detected, and if it was blocked you also got the scanners coords. It was interesting, but I'm kinda glad its gone now. The paranoid kick though might be fun again.
