This is due to memory clocks being faster on the 64MB version.
The default Nvidia reference clocks for Ti4200 are
64MB - 250Mhz Core/500Mhz Memory
128MB - 250Mhz Core/444Mhz Memory
the faster the clocks the better in this case.
However, in certain situations in games that use alot of textures or in high resolutions (with or without Anti-Aliasing) the 128mb is an advantage.
Also, there are 128MB cards that will have the same clocks as the 64MB version, it all depends on the manufacturer.
Some are even clocked upto Ti4400 speeds (275Mhz Core/550Mhz Memory)
Now, if its only about £20 more for the 128MB version I'd get it, newer games will undoubtably take advantage of more Vid card mem.
