Exile Landings
There needs to be some kind of exile history per planet to keep the following 2 things from occuring:

1.) Gal exiles planet - planet exiles back into gal
2.) Planet exiles out of gal - planet exiles back into the same gal

Exiling costs resources, and it is ridiculous that you should have to pay to exile the same planet twice, or to exile out of the same gal twice.

A friend of mine's gal had the same thing last round. They exiled a player and he got exiled back in next tick or something

Happened to a friend of mine twice with the same guy this round

But yeah, I agree, there should be something that makes sure exiles dont end back up in the same galaxy they came from, I mean, they exiled/were exiled for a reason.

When this happens talk to PA Team, they will on occasion reexile the player at no cost to you if it can be proven you had already exiled him.
