Something to lighten up our dark days of combat
What keeps surprising me in this game is the reaction of people when they (are about to) loose score/roids/ships .... considering this is a WAR game.
Some really loose it and go nuts on their attackers or the alliance that attacks him/her.

Had a nice example this morning, some irritating kid using pretty rude language. I dont know what alliance has him amoung their ranks, but if thats the spirit of that alliance : SAD KIDS GET A LIFE !

(had to censor some words here, and removed all irrelevant joins/quits etc)

No... is your idiotic way of attacking... Not who or when u hit.. A massive assault from your alliance earlier in the round killed the spirit of several of my galm8s. It is the way your attacking that is retarded. It is evil, it's overkill and I also know it is your usual way of attacking. There is a difference between killing and roiding.

And i take it 15 waves from 1up on my planet and gal last round when i only had 200 roids left from the onslaught i still had 7 waves coming at me.. you dont consider that what u just said?

Happend to me last round and many others thanx to your alliance, i also said thats not roiding thats called an onslaught.. i was told by your allie its 'part of the game' so stor i recomend you just face finally its happened to you and that we can now all say the same as what ur HCs told me 'its part of the game'

Surely they'll suffer from it though?

If they massively overkill some smaller gal, surely they'll not get that many roids for their trouble, and then they'll suffer as other allies outgrow them?

I'd consider those tactics perfectly valid in war (eg. What happened to 7:7, 16:8, 4:5 during the mistu 'blitz' or whatever you want to call it. In war the extra pressure would be useful to sap def fleets, spam their DCs meaning perhaps less calls get covered, keep them on the back foot and genuinely weaken their military and growth capability), but I'd feel rather silly using such tactics against a smaller not-particularly-hostile gal, wasting dozens of fleets to smash people when we'd probably have got a better payoff by using half of those ships to roid, and the other half to keep my damn roids...

I agree.. such massive attacks are perfectly valid for large top gals... And they'll pay for it by not earning that much roids out of it. But being in a small gal and seeing your small gal m8s getting pounded by waves for no good reason sucks.

I've been attacked a 100 times to and didn't always had def but i am stil living and not moaning.
That is why u get resources to rebuild after that and if ure galm8's/friends can't take that things then they should quit to.
