Didn't you make the favourite colour thread last time, in complaint against banal threads?
Anyway, I had roast potatoes this morning.

Maybe theyre just posting stupid things to see if they gets noticed, because they think that noone actually reads the replies that other people write in these shitty "what brand of toothpaste do you use??" threads.
However they are wrong because I care deeply about this important question.

Full fat milk is unhealthy You could have had half fat milk and a marsbar and got the same nutritional benefits with better taste! Or maybe you could try a better tasting cereal than shitty cornflakes - personally I recommend some form of Clusters with nuts and possibly honey.

Usually two slices of bread with some meaty stuff squished between them, most often consumed right after my first cup of coffee at work.

How is full fat milk unhealthy? I have a starchy and fatty breakfast because I think it releases energy throughout the day rather than all at once like mars bars or cans of spinach.

The fat in full fat milk is saturated You could have some good fat like fish or nuts instead!

The primary nutritional value of milk is the benefit to teeth and bones.
Vitamin D is essential (along with calcium) in this process.
Thus on the base level of the most nutritionally valuable types of milk we see full fat as the hands down winner.
Your purile comment makes it clear that you did not know this.
Perhaps in future you will remember the boundaries of your ignorance and not make facile statements about what is and is not healthy.

You can get calcium and vitamin D from pills easily enough. Full fat milk is almost entirely saturated fat (bad) and sugar (bad). The primary nutritional value of bigmacs is the protein (30g ish), but the fact that youre also getting about 600 calories of crap makes them unhealthy despite this.

Also, are (saturated) fatty foods automatically unhealthy? Is this just a cholestoral thing? Presuming weight gain isn't an issue.

saturated fats are not necessarilly bad. your body needs saturated fat to construct suet for the essential protection of your vital organs.
why is sugar bad? and lactose is actually quite a complex sugar.
the 'you can get it from pills' argument applies when you eat anything.
(ps your obsession with protein is worrying. protein can be quite 'bad' in excessive amounts and you'd be surprised how little you need)

You know all those vitamin pills that have "Should not be taken as a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet" written on the side? No? Look harder.

I havent eaten breakfast in months.
I usually take an early lunch consisting of a healthy high protein sandwich, a seperate pack of ham, chicken or turkey, and then some kind of fruit to finish it off.
