ftp clients
I'm dropping SmartFTP and switching to FileZilla.
SmartFTP has always been buggy, but when uploading an instance of vb bulletin it stopped in the middle of the recursive upload and I had no idea what it had uploaded and what it hadn't. I just can't trust it.
I also tried:
BulletproofFTP - couldn't delete recursively without problems
WS_FTP - horrible GUI
FileZilla has yet to give me any problems, although I only started using it today. :0

Re: ftp clients
I've used filezilla for a while and found it to be satisfactory for my (rather limited) ftp activities.

I can't drag and drop, and the use of space is really limited: there is a lot of scrolling one has to do.
