Question about random at Scans

Quote:
Please note, ALL scans have random interference on them. the data returned will not be entirely accurate.
What exactly is the difference or how big this random?
Me analysed some units from the same Planet , and i got +/- 25% Random difference from his exactly Fleet
Mean its a difference he got 55 broads or 72 broads for calc a Battle, for example, and this was small Fleet....if we got this effect on bigger Fleets...well .....think 25% Random is to much for Scan!!!
ur suggestions please

regards win

Re: Question about random at Scans

Make more scans and calculate the average. Or send massive overkill. Roid cap is not reduced by sending overkill.

Re: Question about random at Scans

*cough* should i do always 5 scans on all ppl who attack ally m8 or friends...to much money for it For Raid its ok,but defense works much harder with this feature!!
For Unit scan i understand this, but higher scans should be work exactly...u need better equipment for higher scans,so why we dont got better results

Re: Question about random at Scans

Well, the sotryline could be that the more detailed scans are more easy to fool, thus you have cheap scans that are inaccurate and detailed scans that can be fooled, so overall there is a 25% +/- on all scans .

tbh i just use three scans - this gives a reasonably accurate figure to work with whilst being less vulnerable to jamming and/or being cheaper (particulaly when you have to scan alot of planets).
