I think ive had a fairly open mind while posting on this thread.
You, and those who choose to troll/insult/jibe/flame instead of contributing however...

If all you're going to do is say that people are wrong because you think they are trolling, you won't get very far in this argument.

Keizari has managed to post reasonably in this thread without resorting to insults, as has Almedia and Appocomaster. Why cant others?
Besides im not saying they are wrong *because* they are trolling/flaming/etc, Im pointing out simply that they are.

I dont think ive quite sank to your level or that of others affiliated with you.
Heres a thought - try to make it your aim in life to balance one insult with two insightful/constructive posts.
Perhaps it'll make you a better person for the effort

Hay JBG protect Ascendancy from the evil Phil^ he is calling us trolls again
But anyway. The point is that if you can get away with the same action, simply because you are a caniving little shit, means we have no rules. Infact we are letting the worst offenders get away with it, because they are better at doing something against the rules.

You aren't qualified to make this judgment.

Re: Rules enforcement
Dear All, I have posted a thread under Rules! which might help address some of the in thread comments here.
I suggested the rules be cleaned up.
As an addition, if you have the rules written up as I suggest in the Rules! thread, you could also simply state the punishments and consequences.
For example.
Players who breach the following rules,
Rule 1
Rule 2
Rule 3
There is no arbitration, discussion or warning. The account will be closed.
Players who breach the following rules
Rule 5
Rule 6
Rule 7
will:-
In the first instance, be given a written warning.
Have their fleet recalled, or have a suitable cancellation of action.
In the second instance be given a final warning, half the ships will be scrapped, roids set to 10% of current total, score and XP zero'd.
The above are examples, but you get the basic premise of the idea.
The MultiHunters job is to gather the evidence to take action. The action itself should like the rules, be laid out in clearly defined, easy to read and understand. Doing so means that any claims of unfair treatment are null and void, as everyone is treated in light of the 'crime' they commit.
Multihunters should not be 'judges', whom alter sentencing. They should not pick and choose punishments, in any one round, two people committing the same act should recieve the same punishment.
