To the Americans
Just our of curiosity has The Darkness released anything over there or is getting radio playtime?
i havnt seen anything on billboard.com and was wondering whether they remain a 'uk only' band.

There was a story about how the Darkness struggled to sell a hundred tickets to a small gig they put on in the States. That may have been shit though.

I seem to remember them saying on Radio 1 recently that they'd broken into the Columbian market and sold an entire 6 CDs. Don't know about the USA though.

They're getting some play in Canada...especially on the local station in my home town, 'I Believe in a Thing Called Love' is on several times a day, and the video is on Muchmusic fairly often...and I believe they are on tour in Canada right now as well.
