Death contest Round 2, the sci-fi deaths

Well this is it folks Round two of the Death contest. Only this time we have a set category, Sci-fi deaths. Thats right, you can die in intresting ways, wether it be in a stolen tie fighter, or cheese Trekky polyester uniforms, no wait... Save that for Comedic deaths.

The deaths will be rated on a scale of 10, 10 being the best and 1 meanig you should reconsider roleplaying. You post will be judged on creativity, originlity (To a point, if you do steal a tie fighter, im not going to bite your ear off), and build of the post. (How well it was put together...ect.)

You will be judge by:

Insults to the judges is not recomened unless your looking for a negative score.

*As Commander Zap Brannigan walked accross the command deck in his valure uniform, admiring the feel of it, he stopped and sat in his chair, looking out of the viewscreen*

"whats our status ensign?"

*the ensign swivelled round on his chair*

"15 microts until we reach enemy territory sir"

*The commander nodded and smiled, this was the crews 1st combat and, as a decorated war hero, he was content on his abilities to succeed in this potentially deadly mission to assassinate the head of the nettalion war council, and hopefully the rest of the council with him*

*it had been 3 days since they had set out from proxima centari and finally they had the fleet in sight, the battle call rang troughout the ship calling personell to their battle stations and assault teams in their pods preparing for boarding actions*

*It was at this point the commander realised something had gone wrong, well as soon as the first enemy weapons barrage had hit their sheilds at least*

"LAUNCH ALL FIGHTERS!!!"

*The bays emptied of fighter ships as the pilots got to their respective ships, engaging enemy starfighters and corvettes, not to mention intercepting oncoming missiles... as the battleship grew closer to its target the futility of the mission became clear, as consols overloaded with the strain on the sheilds and plasma spilling out of the engine core and vapourising half of engineering Commander brannigan gave his final order*

"FULL SPEED AHEAD, GIVE ME RAMMING SPEED"

'*It was only as he uttered these words as the extent of the plasma rupture in the engine core became fully apparent as the extra strain on the engines caused three of the plasma injectors to explode, sending a shockwave of destruction through the ship, destroying most of the rear, and sending the ship creering out of control into the nearest enemy cruiser, which got hit head on, the bridge crumpling as it hit the cruisers armour, destroying both ships, the commander was vapourised in the collision, but not before seeing the eyes of his enemy staring out of the viewing portal of their medical bay*

Nice bit with the two captains seeing each other before death.

Standard Death.
A Judge say he could do better.

Well I've excluded anything to do with Adam in the comments. Such as you not being adam and a rather painfull statment comparing that death with him. Othere then that it looks like you hit opposite ends of the spectrum.
