r21 ending date

Oke, this is imo even more important than starting date.

I'd like to request that r21 end date - or atleast end tick, rounded to nearest 100 or so, be announced early. Preferably before the round starts.

Main reason for my asking is that XP-playing have prooven to give high ranks on shorter rounds, while at longer rounds, value normally wins. It would only be fair to let players know, in order to help then pick their playstyle.

Remember that the XP formula has changed - so it will be different form last round.

The round is planned to be 7 weeks - this will be confirmed in the motd when signups have opened.

I don't really see the point in changing the formula every round, there's always someone or a group of people that will find a way to use it to there advantage, as they have every right to...then the group that doesn't like to search for advantages will start complaining and we'll change the formula again next round.

Round length and stats affect it more tbh. (Unless you have something *really* dumb, but lets not get into this)
