Wasn't the stunned pods cap -bug be fixed already?
It's not.
Fix it dudes.
Instead of whacking off on a new production formulae, you might consider fixing actual bugs that excist within the combat engine. By this, I mean the one where fleet A that lands with pods intact, alive, and not hit by anything caps roids, and fleet B completely stunned and beaten to bits caps roids too. Even though it has no pods available to cap roids with.
ps. Can I have my roids too?
