cleaning your room?
how often do you do this?
the thought came to my head when my sister handed me the vaccum so i could vaccum my room.. and i realized that i could only see a 1/3 of the floorspace. then i thought 'gee.. i should clean my room'
ah how i miss the glorious days when i could walk into my room and it was magically cleaned up for me :\
actually i guess my room's not that bad right now.. just has school books, crafty stuff, and clothes (clean and dirty piles) on the floor :P

I have to keep my floor clean of useful ****, because my cat is a ****ing weirdo. Occasionally she goes on sprees where she pisses on things about the house, clothes, bags, books etc.

what's the point?
You get used to where things are and then tidy them into a 'useful' place but forget where that place is. Then you've lost everything.
Plus it always ends up the same after about a week.

My room is cleaned for me, my floor is vacuumed, my surfaces are wiped, my bed is made, my bin is emptied and my dishes are done by the College staff.

As long as I can reach the chair/bed/bookcase parts of the room, I'm not fussed about the rest of it, so about once every 4 months.

My room is not what I'd call exceptionally tidy, but I like to be able to see the floor and walk around without stumbling over things.

I tidy my room whenever I want to do work in it... When my room is a mess I dont seem capable of learning. So as I dont often do anything but sleep, eat, listen to music, read and go on the net in my room it doesn't get cleaned often. When I do clean it, it only lasts about one week before getting covered in clothes, food packaging, paper, and general mess.
I'll probably tidy it a little tomorrow, second time in as many weeks as I think I'm trying to revise so I actually get into university...

as long as i can get to my pc, bed and in through the door i dont bother, i just let everything mount up then do the washing when i run out of clothes, so it gets tidied about once every 4-6 months

Generally I keep my room tidy as I can't work when theres stuff everywhere it just distracts me and I keep losing pens and books among the piles. Though my mother makes me bed, empties the bin and vacuums.
At the moment though its terrible and the floor is covered with loads of revision books, sheets and past papers and I won't let anyone clean it as they move stuff about then i have to spend ages sorting them into the correct place again.

I attempt to maintain the feng shuei of my room by keeping everything in well organised, carefully chosen places.

I can't really see my floor, but i know where it is, so its not a problem. If i start to tidy it up, i just lose everything, and when im looking for a thing the day after, it just gets un-tidy again. Its not really any point, exept that sometimes i can't find books, and thats not good!
I last cleaned my room (completely, washing and vacuming) about 6 months ago. I take a small dustoff every month or soo too.
