i mean, come on, seriously, if the judge doesn't laugh them out of court, how can anyone have faith in their justice system?

Anyone who still has faith in the US justice system isn't going to lose it just because a high school student is charged in court with planning to raise an army of the undead.

Re: impressive... yet stupid
I have done some research and it´s legally okay to raise an army of the dead if they are dead for over 200 years.

If by rocks you mean "deserves to be pushing rocks up a mountain for eternity" then I agree.
Otherwise no.

Arrested <> prosecuted, but yeah. I still don't see the justification for the press hyping the bogus zombie angle--except maybe to sell more papers (and to wind up the internet ofc).

I'm sure there was a lack of information and one source said something along those lines. I doubt they were all just sitting in a room and thought "hay what if we made it about zombies?!?!?!?"

But everything gets better with zombies!

So we've seen each other now and again. Gone for brains, seen each other in tombs, she's come to mine, I've been to her grave. Never stayed over.
I'm quite content "taking it slow". She's very brittle, which confuses me a little bit as I'm finding it hard to read her body language with appendages falling off now and then. We haven't done anything more than kiss. Now I'm not "after sex", I do like her and am interested in her (but I don't know if I want her as my "slave zombie" as such, yet).

I remember reading about this story on the NationStates forums a week or so ago, just after he'd been arrested. There were several comments along your lines then
