[Movie] The Descent

Well I went to see this film last night and I really enjoyed it. Im usually really bad with 'scary' films (its not that scary, but it claims to be) as I tend to jump at anything, to the point where I might aswell just stand instead of sit. The actual filming of it I really liked (camera angles, lighting, settings etc.).

I recommend this film if you want to see lots of attractive ladies, anything todo with caves, weird creatures that kill and lots of blood and gore.

im sure its "base value entertainment", but i struggle to comprehend why someone would see the trailer for a film like the descent and think "right, thats it, im going to see that"

Theres so many good films made, youll struggle to see them all before you die. Why a hollywood horror tit flick, people

It's not always clear which films are good.

Plus, better films are often slightly more "work". If you're tired and bored then mindless Hollywood tat is often the win.

After making my sister go and see Batman begins with me the other week she made me go and watch Madagascar last night.

I had my reservations before i sat down ... and then i watched it.

God it's been a long time since i've wanted to leave a film whilst watching it in the cinema.

Madagascar was THAT film.

It was so boring and unfunny it hurt.

I'm just posting here as it seems the best place without starting a new thread.
