I think it would be useful if GCs, MoCs or both could message other people of these ranks in their cluster, it would add another level of polotics to the game.

I have teh round 10.5 rankings. your planet name and your coords isnt in top 100 list. Why is your sig saying otherwise? What game is taht?

Also, dont MoCs have the possibility to mail every MoC in the cluster? THought they did..

MoCs used to have this ability back in the early rounds when cluster alliances were useful to all. I don't see why they would have added it when PA was recoded for round 10, saying as how neither that round nor 10.5 had clusters.

Although to be fair, nowadays clusters are only 10 gals and most of the people you'll be messaging will ignore you anyway. Cluster alliances are not exactly as useful as they once were.

Fair point but it may be worth suggesting, after all if some people find it useful and there is reduced traveltime in clusters, what harm can it do?
