I've only heard about it, but it's supposed to point strongly out that Hitler was legally elected and have very draconian forum laws on how often you may cite a source (web page) per month. It wouldn't surprise me if national intelligence on some level have picked them up and use it as a base for planning arreastations and crackdowns in the future.
