According to the manual:

Self - Exile
You can move your planet to another galaxy, if you so wish. This will cost you resources, determined by
The cost of this action is 5000 + (Value * 4) of each resource
So if your value was 5000, then the cost would be , 5000 + (5000 x 4) = 25000 of EACH resource.
*Note* you must tick the box next to it before pressing the , 'Yes, i would live to leave this galaxy' button.

well im glad they did not. it should be even cheaper imo..

They did take the self exiling out, the manual has yet to be updated for Round 12.
